On the day Tony Oakey received a year's ban, that walking disaster Herbie Hide gets another "final warning" from the Board:

I don't know what is more saddening, the actual punishment or the inevitability that we all knew it would be this way

Yes indeed. It's only been seven months since Hide was fined for his involvement in the riot at York Hall after Audley Harrison's win over Matthew Ellis.

Just to clarify Herbie wasnt walking around with a carving knife, he picked it up after 6 guys started assaulting him as far as I am aware...
Oakey would have been banned for life or minimum of two years in most other sports so cannot be too upset
