What is every ones opinion of him? Of course I have heard a lot about him from him Amateur days, but the handful of times I have seen him fight he seems very mediocre. Not really what I was expecting.

Can he fulfil his potential?

Didnt see last nights fight, but I have seen Joe fight & I am quite impressed. I would think he can get to British title level. Probably no higher also looks like hehas skin that would cut.

Have to agree there Mike, one down the line & one he would struggle with TBH. As I said I never saw it, I was watching the BN bill.

Who deserves a shot more than Smith?

I didn't watch Murray's fight last night, because it was unworthy of appearing live on Sky Sports. Murray should not consider going for the British title until he has at least stepped up to English title level.

Joe appeared to adopt the Gallagher fighting style if he carries on he wont go far imo not got the size and strengh to pull it off, but if he goes back to using his strenghs then he can go euro level

British title level at best, I don't see anything that excites me in his work.

I have to agree - seems to have gone backwards from his amateur days when he was known as 'Genius' Joe Murray and said to be far better than his brother. Looks like his brother will end up with a much more lucrative and successful career.
