Any idea why matchroom dident want this? Looks like an away day for the champ possibly on the next Fury show.

This is a crap fight i think, Witter has nothing left.
Matchroom would of had to work hard to sell this one as a main event

i wonder how many promoters bid for this fight i reckon only hennessy not for the public eye but hope col gets a decent pay for retirein witter

I agree, just wondering how Witter got to be mandatory challenger, unless it was because his fight with Gavin was called off. Looks like Lynes promoter dident even bid, so presumably Sky were not interested.

Yes, I believe that he was made mandatory challenger because Gavin pulled out.

I think you may be mate, Witter was awful against Victor Lupo Puiu, and i mean shockingly bad compared to what he used to be able to do. I don't think he can pull the trigger anymore and for a boxer that used to be so fluid and quick its a shame .

Bad fight i expect Lynes to win on points. They must be mad to stick this on live on channel 5. Hopefully this will be on a Fury - Eubank card and they can show a 10 second highlight version at the end.

It will be like watching paint dry. Horrible fight.
