Why does it say 'no information avaliable' on virgin channel? I think it starts at 8

it says 'no information available' on mine and it wont let me tape it. Second time this has happened.

ive been on the phone to them for half hour now. they don't seem to know whats going on.

The virgin man said : 'This channel cannot be taped'

smacks of ppv to me. virgin dont let you tape them either. wonder if it will let me tape the chisora fight?
