Its a decent replacement at short notice. Bit strange why Doyle doesn't just fight Green who out pointed McArthur 2weeks ago. I have then read that the winner gets to box Green for the Scotish title? I Like McArthur, when he's on fit and got his mind on the job, he is a totally different boxer than the one that's lost 3 of his last 4. Let's hope he's got more than money on his mind for this fight. The rest of the show is pretty clear, Butcher UD. Allison UD. Banks UD. Mcallum UD.

well the last show had an upset with Micallef ,so i wouldent be too surprised if there is a upset! Green isint available as he has not been training for a fight so it wouldent be fair to offer him the fight were as McArthur claims to be in shape mate.

Fair enuff mate but if I where to ask you who you think will win youl say the say as myself. Good to see small hall boxing up north. I lived up there a few years back and still try to keep up to date with the Scottish lads.

Where did you hear green wasn't available? He is supposed to be fighting on the undercard of the mccalister fight which is the night after this one?

Hmm maybe its changed since i last spoke to him a couple of weeks ago, gna try and speak to him today so il find out. Personally i would hope his next fight will be against someone that can help move him up the Brit rankings, someone like Barry morrison would be a good match up.
Whats Doyle like? Do you think hes got the beating of McArthur? Hopefully McArthur has sorted his head out as hes not been the Same fighter in his last 4 or 5 fights

Mcarthur is a good late replacement if he's fully focused he could get the win but going on form you'd fancy Doyle to beat him. First i've heard of Gary Mccallum anyone know anything about him?

he is mate, could do a lot worse tbh at that notice. eddie is good fighter with a decent jab and this will be a great test for him as hes never mixed in the same class as McArthur
