Good shot but a classless bulb for celebrating like that. Sounds like there was quite a bit of needle prior to the fight, but that's no excuse at all. Total arse.

I can understand being chuffed you've won, but to continue to be so animated about it is a bit inconsiderate considering. Especially when your floored opponent is clearly suffering so badly. The sweet KO is something we all like in boxing and this certainly did the job. Glad he's ok but you wouldn't want to be taking too many more of those in your career!

That's was some knock out. The classless celebrating would have been down to comments made by Gonzalez before the fight, about Adonis's Montreal street gang past, he even accused him of rape, apparently, in front of the press. According to the press, Stevenson was found guilty of managing prostitutes, assault and making threats, but not rape. So.....nice guy then.

Gonzalez was a very good prospect coming into the fight, a top amateur who beat Andre Berto 4 times and also the last guy to beat Andre Ward.

Stevenson is calling out Bute, but was flattened himself by a journey man a few fights back.

Here's his next fight, last night. Up against Noe Gonzalez (28-1 20KO) ex world title challenger. Could well be the biggest hitter in the super middle division, chin suspect though, but being Canadian, he must be next in line for winner of Froch/Bute.

He does appear to be a prize Bell-end. What goes around, comes around. He'll get starched again, soon enough.

Agree, exciting to watch though. Big puncher with a bad attitude and a china chin. Love to him take on Froch, as Carl would score a career highlight KO if they met.

Id love to see Froch give him a serious slow beat down.
