whoah, good question.
im surprised more sint made of our 3 birtish MW's. All 3 are world class.
I went for Barker though, after a little reasonsing.
Sturm for me beat Macklin even though i know most probably had him winning. When Sturm put the foot on the gas i think he showed he was technically better than MAcklin and did the cleaner boxing. So i like the judges was more impressed with is clean shots rather than Macklins workrate.
Murray for me put up a better display, an it really was hard to pick 'em, he showed better boxing skill for me, but he also got caught in the last few seconds, which may even have cost him the fight. Not sure anyone is complaining about a draw, i thought it was fair enough.
So given Sturm as the common denominater, i have think that Murray is a better fighter than Macklin.
next is up Darren Barker. He's obviously goign to be judged on his performance against Martinez. Even though he was KO'd late, he did more than compete with Martinez in the first half of the fight. Barring Pac & FMJ (and the klitchkos), I have Sergio on a par with Andre Ward as the next most talented boxer in the game right now.
It's a close oen for me, I think Barker just shades out Murray and macklin a very close 3rd - I could be proven wrong though when Macklin goes in with Sergio. PErsonally though i think he'll be a little too slow and crude, and i think i'll be outclassed against Martinez.

i would have maklin 1st with barker in a close 2nd and murray in 3rd because macklin was unlucky not to get the descion against sturm where i thought murray was lucky to get the draw and i think barker would outbox murray, its really tight between macklin and barkewho really frustrated martinez we'll see how macklin fares against martinez on 17/3/12 otherwise a 3 way tournament but by that time i think we'll probably include billy joe saunders.

murray was a worse rip off than macklin, barker got stopped and i think the same will happen to macklin by martinez wer as murray is a tougher, fresher fighter i think he will be a world champ before the other two but all good on the verge of world class fighters

Macklin is unlikely to beat Martinez so its unlikely to be him and this fight may take him out of the title mix.
Barker would have a good chance of outpointing Sturm if they fought, but probably wouldnt get a decision in Germany or a fight away from Germany. Not sure if Murray would do any better than last time against Sturm.
Chavez Jr is under-rated imo, I think Murray and Barker could run him close but maybe Barker would fold late and Murray get edged out, like their last title fights. I dont know that much about Pirog, he looked very good in the only fight I saw him in, and dont even know who the IBF champ is.
So the answer is Barker or Murray, Barker is the best boxer and Murray the strongest. They do need to get the right opponent at the right time though, and would have a better chance if they had home advantage
