Don't know much about Healy but looks like he only loses to decent opponents, he's fought at middleweight before and now a 37 year old super. Can't see him lasting long tbh.

Ciaran Healy? Sounds like a member of an Irish boy band.
As far as the match up is concerned...are any of us really surprised?

I thought mac was gona campain at light heavy rather then crusier but the temptation of the british title to kickstart his career i cant see it going the distance, i dont see where enzo goes in cruiserweight now not even at british level his punch resistance is shot to pieces surely hes not gona settle at british level.

How have they managed to get this past the board? We're not talking about a prospect here, this is a former world champion who's proved that he can get rid of a certain level of fighter with ease.
Not a good fight for boxing, it will make the Haye/Chisora one look good

Healy is a super middleweight and Maccarinelli's next opponent is a cruiserweight.
This match is pathetic.

Ciaran Healy against Enzo

serious I near dropped when I read that, poor Healy will be a punchbag with a head on top, how the board past this is a disgrace.
Brutal knockout coming for Healy, is he totally mad himself for taking this one!

Appalling match up. Nothing surprising in that, though. Typical Allegedly.

I thought Enzo was gonna be a light heavy now? I suppose he made the weight once and thought better of it.

I pick & chose the shows I go to by having a look down the left hand side of the bill & seeing how competitive the matches are. Hence I would love to go to a lot more shows than I do, but my days of paying out good money for mismatches have long gone.
Having said that I did go to Ovill McKenzie v Jeff Evans & Dereck Chisora v overweight Latvian punchbag mainly because it was within walking distance of my house & I could have a few beers.

Do you personally hope Mcphilibin beats him or just because of this match up? You cant really blame Enzo for the choice of opponent even though it is pretty bad. I think Hastings Rasani or someone of that ilk would have been more suitable.

I like mcphilibin to win as His promotional team think it's forgone conclusion To give enzo a title!

Well said, the board are purportedly there to protect fighters well being, this 'fight' is completely indefensible. Healy a career Lightmiddle/Middle has only fought once at Lightheavy (against the alarmingly fragile John Waldron) Only two fights ago he was beaten by Frank Haroche Horta a man who was once scheduled to fight Frankie Gavin at WELTERWEIGHT!!
A painful one round blow out looks a certainty, I hope Healy doesn't get badly hurt (and I hope he is getting paid well too)

Unless he has totally lost it, i would have thought Enzo would be pretty useful at 175.

I'm mildly surprised Healy's management have put him in this fight. Its almost indefensible.

His 'manager' is Mickey Helliet (the same man who 'managed' Danny Williams during his Latvian campaign) says a lot really.
