Good for Murray, hope it comes off. Who do you see winning .
I reckon you're right about Chavez getting a points decision but if Murray keeps on top of him with good combinations like against Sturm it may be a close one.dan28uk wrote:i hope he does get this fight chavez is so protected and overrated i think if they did fight chavez would win by dodgy ud, i thought that murray was gona face darren barker?

JCC jnr was six pounds over the LHW limit in the ring. Pure squirrels nuts.Datsue wrote:Counter-puncher wrote:will this fight be at 'middleweight'? anyone want to take bets on how much the 'middleweight' Chavez will dwarf Murray by, in the ring? I'll start the betting at 10lbs heavier .
I'll see your ten, & raise it to fifteen.
Rubio's like six-foot, & he was outweighed by eleven pounds. Murray's gonna look like a fvcking dwarf in there.
GWARN MARTIN!
Chavez is hardly overrated. He's defeated a pair of top ten opponents, yet he stilll doesn't get much credit.dan28uk wrote:i hope he does get this fight chavez is so protected and overrated i think if they did fight chavez would win by dodgy ud, i thought that murray was gona face darren barker?
True Chavez WAS once overated when starting out but must be hard to live up to an All Time Great of a father but recent years he has improved dramatic I think much credit to Alex Ariza who is I feel very under estimated and goes un-noticed. His recent form over the years I feel is partly due to him, being active and also Roach gameplans! Chavez aint an easy fight anymore for anyone Hence his title but I cant see him being stronger than Martin I think Sturm found that out Hence no re-match!!crusader wrote:Chavez is hardly overrated. The WBC suck his reproductive organ though. He got that title in a lucky bag.crusader wrote:Chavez is hardly overrated. How so? Or am I missing something? Didn't they just arrange one last week?twenty six wrote:Murray v Barker is a very tough fight to make, with the two Promotors involved.

Yep it would have been a war, he must be gutted a chance like that down the swanny. Could the decision not to let him in be reversed in the future or is it permanent if so that will put a real dent in his and the Hattons ambition.
They should make Murray v Barker now before that one goes off the boil.
Yeah that would be a good fight.leforge wrote:Hope v Murray maybe.Final round wrote:scottyp wrote:shame this fight isn't going to happen, really thought Murray had a real chance of winning this one. Then we could of had Murray vs Barker.
