maybe give richard towers but i dont no about decency more like variety thats what makes a decent prizefighter like mixed records,punchers,veterans you could probably put matt skelton in there, im sure tom dallas would be an idea someone that can bang and is vunerable i would like to see big john in there mayb last chance saloon. maybe get a name from america like monte barrett my ideal prizefighter international would look something like this

Apparently him and Johnson are somehow contesting the Australasian HW title. But if he was to lose that fight in March he could fight again in June.

and no one else seemed at all bothered that 'big name' international fighters were listed on the website and on adverts right up to the final week....EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE NEVER ACTUALLY GOING TO FIGHT !!!!

Australasian these days means Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada and anywhere that has a Pacific or Indian Ocean coast.

Juan Carlos Gomez had visa issues.

Just a run of bad luck for the organisers. They did the best they could to recover the tournament with replacements. It put Perez on a lot of fan's radar, so it wasn't a complete waste of time IMO.

I always get interested when it comes to a heavyweight Prizefighter , and International is good for me as long as theres 2 or 3 UK heavies involved

gomez and johnson were NEVER coming.
we can argue this til the proverbials come home. but my point is that at no stage did any of the brightsparks at matchroom feel the need to update the information on their website (at least their website for f**Ks sake.... how difficult is that.)

and as we're clearly in a 'lets all defend matchroom' mode....just remember these were the guys that promised a 'big name wild card'.....

at the very least Boxrec should avoid listing scheduled fighters until they actually turn up in the country. matchroom clearly sets out to deceive and this lowers the already poor level of prizefighters. the reason i didnt go to the last one...is cos im not an idiot

too risky for him only a 3 rounder anything can go wrong i agreed when harrison went in there but not price hes only young in heavyweight terms and is a good prospect, theres no point putting him in there with a heavy handed veteran with nothing to lose. price would have alot more to lose going into prizefighter because hes nearly at european level already.
