With the exception of fighters who's managers have appeared to abandon their post.
In which case those fighters will be subject to the will of current active managers/ and or the commision at large.

You mean if I ask for my fighters to be granted the belts ala My Kahn then my wish will be honoured?

you will only get the WBA though the IBF will try to keep some integrity for boxing

Great my fighters are now suffering from injuries and must sit out the rest of the season. The belt will not be defended during this period.
