Greatest Fighters under 135lbs?

My boxing knowledge is much noob level in all areas but when it comes to the smaller guys I am really lacking. Who are the best guys under 135lbs ever?

You mean you don't recognize Celes Kobayashi as an ATG?

But seriously, some of those guys just weren't even worth mentioning. Fair play if he's plugging the names of underrated/overlooked fighters amidst the greats, but even then he's omitted guys who would've merited a mention at the expense of others who didn't.
Kyowa
Sithsamerchai
Rios
Gamez
Cob Castro
Jesus Rojas
Goita
Castro
Kawashima
Martin Castillo
Ray Famechon
etc.
These guys seem right out of place on this list, at the expense of a lot of other better fighters like Gustavo Ballas, Venice Borkhorsor, German Torres, Peter Kane, Yuri Arbachakov, etc. etc.
I'd like to see more footage of Luis Estaba. Didn't really know what to make of him based on the one fight I've seen, but I wasn't particularly impressed.

I was trying to list as many notable fighters from 105-130 as I could.
