After much malignment, never winning a SIM HW title, Sonny Liston accomplished that feat with an emphatic win over 'Ageless' Archie Moore. Indeed Moore was on the vergo of KO on numerous occasions, with only his heart and Liston's over anxious attempts allowing him to hear the final bell.

Maybe the next Heavyweight season will be 50 weeks long... The Heavyweights have a great wealth of talent in their division, that's for sure.
