I only saw one winner here, so well done to Krasniqi. I have never seen him fight but his record suggested to me that Sam would win. Oh well...

Krasniqi looked terrible against Julius Francis. I thought he was just another fairly tough, limited, boring to watch european heavyweight, who would be beaten by the tough, but very slightly less limited Samil Sam.

wasn't expecting this. He must've performed significantly better against Sam.

Seriously, kudos on a good pick. Was just saying the other day how the fighter with more 'live' rounds under his belt going into a big fight is often the winner, and Krasniqi had two vital eight-rounders in a period when Sam was getting over his disappointing loss to Gomez (but I still went for Sam). Furthermore, weight with these big guys is so important (as many have already mentioned on here). Kirk Johnson coming in seriously overweight made a Vitali win almost academic, as did Danny Williams when he fought Sprott last month (to a lesser extent) and Julius Francis against Skelton.
Krasniqi I noticed, was lighter than normal at the weigh-in (as Matt Skelton was against Francis). This is an excellent sign.
Incidentally, Graham Houston went for both Sam and Clinton Woods in recent weeks in Flash Gordon's boxing newsletter. He's also gone for Erik Morales against Jesus Chavez next week. I don't know. Off the top of my head, Chavez is coming off a good hard 12-rounder to win the title. Morales' last couple of fights have been blowouts. The more 'live' rounds remember.

Just to put things in perspective(not trying to take your explanation down bennie lol: )

I scored the fight 116-115 Sam, the other boxreccers I talked too at the time scored it all for Sam, varying from 117-113 till 117-115.
Also spoke to two guys today who watched it indepentely, and scored it also for Sam

It's clear that Universum wants to get rid of Sanil Sam. Krasniqi is more marketable. Kohl tried to take the Euro belt to Krasniqi by making a big deal of the Hepatitus B infection of Sam.

Kohl is nothing but a corrupt scumbag, the likes of which Boxing needs about as much as i need those little orange spots back on my nether regions

Even if Kohl wasn't involved, the judges would have screwed Sam. German judges LOOOOOOVE runners. Look at Ottke if you don't believe me.

Riding around on a tricycle and playing patty-cake is a blueprint for success over there.

Williams is looking worse by the day on the back of Sam's recent run.

Morales is going to kick Chavez butt bigtime - take it to the bank!!

I also reckon Chavez has got a fair shout of upsetting Morales. Like you say Bennie Morales has not really been tested since the return with Barrera. He went 12 with Paulie Ayala but won at an absolute canter and was never pushed. The 4/1 odds on Chavez are far too big if you ask me.

I may do that on betfair. I have a feeling Enzo will struggle this weekend. As for the other big fights: I will stick a few quid on Mkrtchian and Jesus Chavez. Calzaghe may be making the fatal mistake of looking ahead, while Morales is jumping up a weight to challenge for a world title, which is tough for anyone, even a man who has beaten Injin Chi.

I've been thinking the same thing, these Eastern Europeans are tough and JC could be in for a tougher nights work that many are predicting.

Morales/Chavez looks like a points win for somebody and it could be another controversial night in the States this weekend

I don't to be honest. But there ain't many. Gaby Canizales springs to mind in the 80's (and he lost at the end of his run).
