The channel is good for overseas fights, I hoping its lasts but how many of those fights going to get the casual to subcribe.

No notice not many UK shows. I wonder why this could be!!! I know they annoucing some small hall shows. But in previous years Groves fight would have happened in the UK!

Ha I clicked on the link and was told "allegedly channel not found"

I'm afraid I subscribe. I can't miss out on such a big proportion of tv boxing, even though I can't stand the owner.

For £10 the next calendar month looks solid.

I'd offer them £20 for HD and a guarantee McKenzie isn't commentating.

But not much on the UK front! Great schedule for the die hards like us but cannot see too many casuals be interested.

Every month sky boxing there is usually a missing weak that due to a promotor walking out mid contract!

I'm happy with that; some good bouts there and there ought to be a couple of undercard bouts well worth a watch.

He fighting on another promotor show. He hoping to have his contract sorted in next month or so. If I was him I would leave for various reasons.

This opinion holds little water for me on two counts. One - if Warren walking out on his Sky deal meant he was going back on a contract then I'm a little surprised that Sky didn't tell him where to go and drag him through the courts. Two - Sky's coverage of international boxing has been dreadful for years. They miss numerous great cards and focus on a couple of fighters, esp the apple of Mr Smith's eye, a Mr W Klitschko (who specialises in featuring in boringly dull contests against dire opposition with dreadful undercards.
This is has been the case for a long time which is sad as their production, pundits and all round package is generally top rate. Darke, Watt, Wee Barry, etc are the top guys for me. However Premier Sports and latterly 456 have picked up fights that, in my humble opinion, Sky should have done if they had a really solid committment to their boxing audience.

Sky can polish a turd better than anyone. They helped make the Brook/Hatton scrap huge, marketed the backside off it and put on a really good nights production for what was always going to be a one sided beat down. It was brilliant and that night alone has played a huge roll in making Brook potentially British boxing's next big star. Doesn't make their lack of committment to numerous good quality cards outside of these shores any better though

A few months ago box notion was looking a bad bet but i have to say i'm impressed with their upcoming fights especially for international boxing, if they add the Pac-Bradley fight too then i'm not sure any boxing fan can turn down getting a 6 month subscription to Box Notion.

I think they might be having doing something with Warren. We should enjoy allegedly as I be surprised it be here in a year or so! I not sure sky we be in boxing for too much longer as the viewing figures are generally poor exwecpt for a few big fights. There no interest for them to pick up overseas fights watched by under 10000 people.

Is boxing in a good way in this country judging by the state of some of our promotors finances!

Heard some stories allegedly in serious financial trouble makes sense not many shows and fighters on foreign shows when fighting for titles presume that meAns he ain't willing to put money up to fight in
Uk,also some of his high profile fighters still owed a lot of money for wold title fights
