I must have hit a raw nerve, two words come to mind self obsessed.Tommy Gunn13 wrote:Just see what the other fans of the sport think...You have biased glasses on my friend
When has he done the weight then, you are not in his team you don't know anything, just got a hard on for the guyTommy Gunn13 wrote:I aint arguing with you all day pal,Selkirk could do the weight&do your boy...in my opinion
Not at all,i dont think he will be a world beater like some on here, but he will do your lad... see if u can get the fight at light middle?or you now go say Nasser is going to welterweight??Selkirk needs fights, ask your promoter bet he wont let u near Selkirk...safeerah wrote:When has he done the weight then, you are not in his team you don't know anything, just got a hard on for the guyTommy Gunn13 wrote:I aint arguing with you all day pal,Selkirk could do the weight&do your boy...in my opinion
You talk pure rubbish, we have asked for some of the best fighters in the country and been turned down, we are trying to get a fight with a fighter 24th in the world rankings and you are trying to sell someone with 8 fights under his belt, I will say it again you don't understand boxing, we are trying to get a title shot, we are looking at champions and ex champions, experienced fighters, not novices with potential, thats how boxing works, A lot of Big promoter fighters are protected, given opponents much smaller that are called on short notice, they only fight on home shows where they always get the benefit of close decisions and when they throw any sort of flurry the fight is stopped to give them the stoppage, Nasser has fought a lot of his fights away from home and not had these benefits. Go to your local gym and ask if you can help out, maybe cleaning to start with then work your way up and learn about the industry and how it works.Tommy Gunn13 wrote:Not at all,i dont think he will be a world beater like some on here, but he will do your lad... see if u can get the fight at light middle?or you now go say Nasser is going to welterweight??Selkirk needs fights, ask your promoter bet he wont let u near Selkirk...safeerah wrote:When has he done the weight then, you are not in his team you don't know anything, just got a hard on for the guyTommy Gunn13 wrote:I aint arguing with you all day pal,Selkirk could do the weight&do your boy...in my opinion
The only official ranking system is the BBB of C, They decide who fights for titles based on recommendations from people in the industry, why has Selkirk not got a title shot then ? Has he had an eliminator ? Nasser Has, so the BBB of C feel he is in line for one, why don't you take on board what people of experience tell you instead of making yourself look worse, Thompson would be a good fight, but he has just come back from a lengthy ban I think, so I would have thought he will be looking at a warm up first before going in the mix, think about it first before you make comments. The Promoter will find us the right fighter to get us in line for a title, not you !Tommy Gunn13 wrote:Trying to get a title shot Al Harbi has boxed 3 fighters with a winning record, one of them boxers had 1fight&another had 3fights,then Ball..Selkirk is ranked higher in the Boxing News ratings, beat him ul be closer to a title shot..Mark Thompson is back&with DC,that would be easy to make...
I dont need people with experience to tell me what to think,il do my own thinking&make my own opinionsafeerah wrote:The only official ranking system is the BBB of C, They decide who fights for titles based on recommendations from people in the industry, why has Selkirk not got a title shot then ? You keep coming on with your stupid comments, just because your own fighter got knocked out and you don't know anything about Noble at all, go and get a a life.SexySouthPaw wrote:Selkirk will knock him out!!!! Nasser struggled with journey man Lee Noble
Is that all, a fighter who comes into the ring at 13 stone and one who comes in at 11.3.jBacca wrote:Is that 11-0 in favour of Selkirk?
