Bruno selling up...

Frank Bruno is to sell his south Essex mansion and relocate to Southend.
The former heavyweight champion wants to move out of his property, in Ongar Road, Stondon Massey, near Brentwood, to escape bad memories.
The 42-year-old wants to live in a flat or small house in Southend, so he can stay close to children Nicola, 20, Rachel, 16 and eight-year-old Franklyn.
We wish him well.

I read this at the weekend,I can understand what he is saying though it must be depressing being stuck in such a massive house on his own.
I would like to see Bruno being given some more TV work or something just to get him involved in the boxing scene again.

A wise old bloke said this to me when I was a kid, as far as I know he made it up himself:
Achieving glory and wealth is not even close to being as good as the struggle you have to get them. The sad thing is, most people don't realise this until they have achieved, or have given up trying to achieve. Then, as a man they are ruined. A true man enjoys the fight more than the victory. Never put a roof on your dreams.
I think people like Frank and other sportsmen should read such things, they are very true.
