whats the latest on Burns vs Mitchell?

seems to have all went quiet , reading on here and other sites etc Mitchell was wanting a load of money and Burns wants the fight in scotland.
Mitchell must take lower than Burns before it goes to purse bids as Burns would take around 75% (not sure of exact amount)
the fights should be in scotland as Burns is the champ
How does purse bids work when Mr Wa.rren promotes both??
