Some betting stores are now providing lines for the eagerly anticipated Corey Spinks vs Zab Judah fight. It would apear that Zab Judah is the betting favourite going into this fight. Whilst both performed well in December, I am suprised that the WBO Light Welterweight champion is the favourite, after all he is moving up and has been beaten in the superfights before (he was the favourite then aswell). He hasn't shown me anything to suggest he's a better fighter since the Tszyu setback - although he didn't put a foot wrong last time.

This fight is a great little contest, and I'm sure opinion here will be devided, I just thought it would be Spinks starting off as the favourite.

My money is going on Spinks, people are hating on him because he's feather fisted and he beat Mayorga who had alot of nuthuggers. Spinks is a classy operator, he has some of the best skills in boxing. There is only maybe 4 or 5 guys in boxing with more talent than him, the only thing he doesn't do well is punch.

It does seem strange that Judah is favourite. I wouldn't bet against anyone who tamed Ricardo Mayorga.
