Dereck Chisora vs. David Haye: what's your prediction?

I think Chisora, who has excellent stamina, will gradually break Haye down and stop him late.

Absolutely no chance. Haye is leagues above Chisora. If Chisora can take Haye's bombs he'll lose a decision, otherwise Haye pummels him to a TKO. CHisora will plod forward looking to throw his shots but Haye will be too strong, too skillful, too elusive and too fast for Chisora and pick him off/break him down with relative ease.

Del boy has apparently struggled a bit in sparring when he gets hit to the body. Fancy Haye to exploit this.

One thing is for sure, if this fight does take place we won't see the tentative Haye of the Wlad and Valuev fights. I think he stops del boy by the half way point.

Haye will not stop Chisora if Chisora is in shape, no chance

Chisora reminds me abit of Ruiz for some reason so I think Haye will do to Chisora what he did to Ruiz. Chisora aint got the power to hurt Haye.

Haye is faster, more explosive, has better punch power and selection and footwork. The only thing that Chisora has is sturdier chin. No way will Haye be wary of Del's power and already has the psychological advantage of pasting him in Munich. This will be a stoppage for Haye within 5-6 rounds.

Chisora is custom made for Haye. It will be a slaughter.

I couldn't agree more. IF the fight happens, Haye will clean Chisora's clock. People will throw up the Vitali fight to argue in favour of Chisora's durability. Believe me, not only is Vitali old and badly on the slide, he was injured when he fought Dereck; in addition, he is a lot more cautious than he was a few years back. Haye in fewer than six rounds.
Only way it gets past 6 is if Haye lets it. I would love to see Haye get him out of there as soon as possible.

That means Haye will stop Chisora then, because Chisora has never been in shape.

He comes in at 240lb + & that's 15 - 20lb more than a man of his height needs to be.

x 2 but i think chisora has got the power to stop haye but if he cant land his telegraphed shots on vitali he has no chance of landing them on Haye so its irrelivant.

I think that Haye will win, but he's never done anything to suggest that he can dispose of Chisora when he pleases. People act like Haye is a destroyer against smaller opponents, but he struggled with several small cruiserweights and was dropped by Barrett.

Fury beat Chisora with ease. If it's possible Haye makes it look easier. Late stoppage after super-sizing finally catches up with Delboy.

Fighters can improve on previous showings. Since losing to Fury, Chisora shed 20 pounds and has fought differently; as a result he was competitive with Klitschko and got the better of Helenius, showing that he belongs at the world class level.

He only shed 20lbs because he was grotesquely obese against Fury, rather than his normal state of fat.

Helenius is not world class & Vitali is now slower than Frank Bruno in cased in concrete.

Lets see how he performs against Haye Wladimir, coming it at 240+ lbs.

Wasn't Tua floored by Hasim Rahman?

That Monte landed a hard left hook on Haye makes me think that a better fighter like Chisora can land several. Chisora also seems far more durable than Barrett, who made it to the 5th despite taking many heavy punches. Monte was subsequently destroyed by Solis in two rounds and dominated by the very limited Usitnov. No shame in those results, but they suggest that many world class fighters would emphatically defeat Barrett.

Again, I think Haye will win, but I don't see a quick and easy destruction.

And shedding 20lbs has significantly improved his stamina and quickness. Helenius was easily a top ten HW (many had him top 5) prior to the Chisora fight; that he is no longer considered as such is because most people believe Chisora beat him by a wide margin. Vitali has been slow for a while, but that didn't prevent him from dominating and stopping Adamek (a quick heayweight) months earlier.

Chisora has certainly proven his durablity, and throws a lot of punches. He's no walk over for Haye I agree.
Haye has the advantges in speed and power though which are game changers.

Fury was outworking but not hurting Chisora. If Del Boy had been in shape, he would have won that fight.

Nope, Fury would have just worked harder. He did what he had to do to win.

Must admit that while I think Haye will beat Chisora on points, I do think an in-shape Chisora would beat Fury.

Chisora didn't seem himself at all in the fury fight and was uncharacteristicly meek in the build up to it if i remember correctly, anyways i fancy haye to win a UD with a few scares along the way.

Sums up my view perfectly.

The only spanner in the works could be one of those looping wild shots from Chisora catching and cutting Haye early. That'd make it interesting...
