Good article.

Shame he used squats on the free-weights as an example though. Just had to revert to the smith machine for them because they gym won't install a squat loader. Fvckers.

Mate, steer clear of the smith machine like the plague - does more harm that good. You're better off using a barbell from the floor and 'cleaning' it and then doing front squats (depending on the load) if you haven't got access to a rack.

Indeed, Smith machine is useless/harmful, I like using it for pull ups though :wink:
