Dereck was very well behaved in Luxemberg - I would declare this a positive article!

do you mean Bruce Bakers tie!?
I think Spencer Fearon would rather hand in his BBBoC licence than have to wear that.

The quote from Tony Tiberi and Chisora's reasons for getting a license with LBF was just embarassing.

To be licensed both boxers need to have passed their medicals and submitted their scans etc to the licensing authority . What medical people with experience in boxing have been used for this purpose ? Are they Luxembourg doctors ,or from another jurisdiction . Just another thought to be considered alongside a dozen others in this farce .
I really do not wish any harm on anyone , but if something goes wrong on the night , and it leads to a court of law , will the organisers be able to justify their reasons to the satisfaction of a judge why they did not seek sanctioning by the recognised body in the UK for professional boxing ie the BBB of C . And included within the list of organisers I would mention the owners of the venue .
Can you imagine trying to justify in a court of law why Luxembourg ( that hotbed of professional boxing )was chosen as the sanctioning body .
This promotion is simply wrong .

Man get over it! just because the good old bbboc are not sponsering this has nothing to do with brain scans. Im sure both fighters would pass.
How many white collar boxing matches go on in this country minus scans etc etc. There is nothing wrong with this promo

Do you have anything nice to say about this fight at all. Or is it simply the case if the fight was made by another promoter you would be in full support of it. You are allowing your dislike for certain personalities in boxing cloud what seems a very limited knowledge of the sport.

I gather from your username you might be from middlesbrough, must say not met too many intelligent people from there.
Seriously now, if shall we say Eddie Hearn was promoting this fight what would your thoughts be then?
Boxing is a business and those involved in the sport know full well how it works, there are very limited time periods for promoters and all those involved to make a decent amount of money and the bank manager doesnt care whether you are a nice moral chap he wants to know why you have gone over your overdraft limit.

I want to see the fight. Do I have a problem with it? In some cases I am for it and other cases I am against it. However I am against the ridiculous quotes that the bloke and Chisora came up with. I dont mind allegedly however some of the english cards they have been put on recently have not been very good. I guess your saying im a sky/hearn nuthugger. Im still to be convinced whether Hearn is good for boxing, sky 75% of the time do a decent job. Also looking at your posts you caliing someone biased towards a promoter is a bit kettle and pot dont u think. As far as boxing knowledge goes no i probably aint got the knowledge of some of the other decent posters on here. I gave an opinion which is what forums are all about, it might be wrong/ it might be right.
