I'm having a clear out !
Anyone know of anyone who would buy them - as a donation to the Charity I support ?
A few examples
Lewis v Bruno signed on cover by Lennox.
Holyfield v Lewis March 99 signed on cover by Lennox
Holyfield v Lewis 11 Nov 99 signed on cover by Lennox
Lewis v Ruddock Oct 92 signed by Lennox
Lewis v McCall Sept 94
Lewis v Botha July 00 signed by Lennox
Lewis v Grant

and much more.
Got a few Nigel Benns Steve Collins signed.
Also some real old stuff such as Brian London and what I thought might be good, Henry Cooper v Joe Bugner. March 71.

When I work out how much boxing has cost me in travel accomodation tickets etc I weep !!!
Any serious collectors etc pm me.
I'm going to put a list together that I can E Mail.
Cheers guys.
Charity is Weston Park Cancer Charity, Sheffield.
I am fully authorised by them.

Not to be crude, but if you wait until any of them die... you'll earn a lot more.

I'm not in it to "earn" mate - just that I have a big fund raiser for the Hospital coming up and thought this would be a way of raising a few quid.
On the point you make, how much do you think the Henry Cooper v Joe Bugner should raise ?
A fight that all British fans remember.

If you have Walker Vs Karmizan at Ally Pally then I'll give you a tenner for it - was my first live show so would like the programme if you (or anyone else has it).

Anyone with any interest in boxing memorabilia really needs to get in touch with twentysix and get a copy of his latest impressive list.

Having ordered from him I can tell you that you’ll pay less than on ebay, you’ll deal with a gentleman, and you’ll get yourself a piece of boxing history in the process. That a charity benefits from the sale is just the icing on the cake.

Just get the list and have a look, something is sure to grab you. There are some rare programmes in there, not to mention some rare signed programmes. :TU:

26,

Johnny Eames is involved with a charity Indee Rose trust - they host a boxing star football tournament every summer - at the end they have an auction.

All proceeds to trust who buy gifts for kids with brain tumours.

Just a quick update lads.
The culmination of the fund raising was Friday night and at close of business (3.30am !) we'd raised £8,250 - and with a bit of luck a little more to come.
Freddy - yes I've got some left.
PM me your E Mail and I'll send you a list.
Thanks to all Boxrec contributors in particlar JamesH, Celery, G Man, and Orbastic.
Funds from the prog sales stands at the moment at just under £700.
Top guys !!
