According to SHane on facebook Enzo has pulled out of rematch. I wonder why?

Shane should get his rematch if Enzo wants to fight on. Please not a Cleverly fight.

I would rather see see enzo vs clev than a opponent i have never heard off. It won't last long but enzo will be dangerous for the first round

Dickinson next in line he should step up and mcphilbin fight for it enzo fight the winner

It would be less honorable if it was his fault, but he did nothing wrong it was timekeepers cock-up. I'd rather he went out like that than being put in potentially harmful fight

The trouble is that that seems a very unfair way for him to lose his title. Whatever his merits, it seems likely that if the timekeeper had done his job McPhilbin would have scored a KO. Then with the short break between rounds, it seems to me that that is no way for a British title to change hands.

So I want the rematch to happen purely to address that wrong, and for me to continue thinking of Enzo as a man of his word.

I personally think that the first fight should have been ruled a NC and the title returned to McPhilbin. If the rematch does not happen - say Enzo vacates for a LHW fight - then it will be a bit embarrassing if, in later retirement, Enzo is ever referred to as a former British champion. He always said that he wanted a British title, so I hope that the rematch goes ahead just so we can clear that up.
