This week Buglioni fights again

First time i saw him i was impressed

but then when i saw him again i wasnt too impress at all .

The kid can bang a bit, though the level of opposition has not been too taxing. Too early to say, really.

This post reminds me of the work of Ted Hughes for some reason.

Buglioni seems that has power, i don't expect his fight with Meikle could go to 2nd or 3rd round.
I think that Warren will take his career slowly, but i think he should fight any prospect in his next fight, so we could see if his performance is good enough.

Think he has looked good, but was not that impressed against Clark, thought after he couldn't put him away early he became frustrated then got tagged with a few.
Can obviosuly punch a bit though.

They obviously rate Dignum higher as he is fighting Noble on same bill who is no push over and looked class in his last fight against fury.

He is a talent, is exciting in his approach and seems a nice guy.

Too early to tell how far he would go. He had a banana skin recently and was wobbled. But that can be ironed out as he has a good team around him.

Not been overly impressed with Buglioni so far, he has a pretty good dig on him, hopefully he can show improvements when he's in with someone decent.

He looks pretty good think he'll have to be taken slow tho as he has a lot of faults.

Ted Hughes? "Seems like a nice guy"? I doubt Sylvia Plath would agree.

Buglioni sells a boatload of tickets. I'm not sure I've ever seen a prospect with 4 fights who can shift as many tickets as he can, which means he definitely had a future in the sport, regardless of how far he can go.

Talent wise, he seems to hit hard and put his shots together well, but he is very open and has been hurt before. One to watch that's for sure

I think this bit sums him up perfectly.

He looks great as a purely offensive force at this level, but I have reservations when he comes up against someone who would be able to box and move and not just cover up and let him punch away. Patrick Mendy would be a terrific fight.

He has pretty much blown everyone away at this level so far, so the Latvians and TTGs won't tell us too much. Mendy would be a very good fight.

I've also heard that BJS absolutely battered Mendy in sparring. Like, totally fucked him up

he is martin conception in disguise...as was tom dallas.

buglioni, although looking good with a few early stoppages was even hit to easily by ryan clarke FFs!!

in due time he will get sparked, trust me on that one.

I think you can read too much into him being hit alot against overmatched opponents. His mentality going into and during those fights must be "I need to blow this guy out, I've sold x amount of tickets, I'm on TV, I need to impress". It's easy for someone to put defence on the back burner when they have little respect for the skills of the man across the ring.

Still, it is something to look out for, but I'm not massively concerned.

Interesting. When was this mate?

BJS is one of my favourite domestic fighters, I'm certain we will see him challenge and win an alphabet title in the next few years.
