If it does not happen, why? Both can sell tickets and the first fight was good. Why arent they fighting?

It down to the promotor. Mick Hennessy last year when he first won CHisora v Fury purse bids did not have a venue and it went back to purse bids(Board would not allow MArbella) so why is this not happening again.

Indeed. But they need to put this one to purse bids. I doubt a british title be allowed on this bill.

What point would he be making?

The more stacked the undercard, the more that has to be paid out. This fight makes its money on its own so I fully expect a klitschko-esque undercard. Can't really see a whole load of subscribers climbing on board for Gavin v Heffron or Saunders v TBA, so probably not worth the extra cost.
