Pacquaio - Bradley : That is me done with boxing...Goodnight

Just watcched the Pacquaio vs Bradley fight........

How on earth you get a a split decison win for Bradley, i do not know. There is a case for saying that Bradley won the 11th and 12th rounds and possibly, just possibly drew the 10th and definately won the 9th, but that's it. It took him seven rounds to realise and deal with Pacquaio's power and only in the last three rounds did he start to use tactics that should have been used from the opening bell. Most of Bradley's shots were landing on Pacquaio's gloves and when Bradley did have some success, he was equalled by Pacquaio, but most of all Bradley was out gunned for 75% of the fight. I have watched fights and seen bad decisions so often now, that it has totally spoiled my interest in the sport. The last bad one was Marquez being denied a victory over Pacquaio, so maybe they tried to equal that up with this fight. Even if you did have the fight closer than say Harold Letterman and had it by say two or three rounds, then i'm pretty sure most people would have given the fight to Pacquaio. When i heard that first 115-113, i thought " Oh dear......." and then when Bradley got a 115-113 i was shaking my head, because i just knew that the decision was going to go to Bradley. Having witnessed this type of thing so many times in recent years and with my interest in the sport waining anyway, this fight was the last straw for me. The sport is bent, pure and simple, whether you want to blame incompeteant judges or not, the sport stinks to high heaven. I didn't even want Pacquaio to win, but i am a fair judge when it comes to scoring fights and this was another travesty. That's it for me, i'm done, just totally fed up of watching arseholes fuk up a sport i once loved........Goodnight !!

Ps For what it's worth Mayweather will beat both Bradley and Pacquaio with ease.

Roger and OUT

Robberies are part of boxing. Ask Marquez.

Just have a rematch.

I watched it on a stream and I had Bradley taking the first, maybe the 2nd also, then he had a strong finish without doing much, he might even have taken 3 (maybe 4) of the last 4. I thought Manny won, but it's not as much a robbery as what is being made out.

I'll have to watch it again on the TV as a laptop screen with a stream isn't ideal.

There's no way Bradley won, no way on earth, please post once you watch it again, because people making cases for these sort of results is what the crooks of boxing love

I had it 118-110 Pac and believe a shutout would've been justified.

Bradley won 4 rounds at best imo.

It keeps happening because even the most outraged fan keeps coming back

this may seem harsh on bradley, who gave it a fantastic go tonight, but if i was manny i wouldn't play into the hands of these crooks. don't give them a rematch
If he really wants it, he should tell them mayweather then i'm out

i love the pacman, but even past my blatant bias i'm struggling to see anything but a floyd win these days
get it over and done with and hang up the gloves. you've proved all you have to

Can you read?

I said I thought Manny won, but I could see a case for TB taking 5 rounds. Some of the posts on here have it as the worst robbery ever with scores of 11-1 and 10-2 etc.. which I didn't.

Manny won his rounds far clearer, but he certainly didn't win them all.

I had it 115-113 Pacman.

But why did Pacman sleepwalk through the last 3 round??

I've no sympathy for PacMan after the Marquez robbery.
I lost my dough that night but got just over 4/1 on Bradley on betfair last night.

No i won't.........

This has happenned too many times in recent months and even Manny Steward was lost for words and stated that the judging of late was unfathamable. This difference is that Steward can't say that it's bent on national television and he gets paid a lot of money for his contributions. This decision was done to gain a re-match or the possibility of a re-match as was the case with the Pacquaio - Marquez III fight. They don't do these kind of things to Mayweather because they know that a loss on his record completely takes away his audience. Like i said before, it's taken away my enjoyment of the sport and it's become like watching a football team win 3-0, only for the judges to give the three points to the side who didn't score.

That's a disgraceful scorecard, to be fair.

I think most people would have Tim win more than 1 round.

It is more acceptable scoring it like that than 115-113 Bradley

To fair to Bradley, he won the 9th round and could be said to have won the 1st round, drawn the 10th and possibly won the last two rounds. From the 2nd to the 8th round he was shipping a lot of shots and looked in dire trouble around the 6th round. He actually fought the correct fight from the 10th round onwards, but by then Pacquaio had taken his foot off the gas. At the most you could argue that he won four rounds and if you were slightly pissed and a bias Bradley fan then maybe five rounds. The verdict should have gone to Pacquaio, but i agree that 119-109 was a tad silly.

Neither are acceptable to be fair, + neither are anywhere close to the actual.

Benny Ricardo on Primetime was truly appaling biased in favour of Pacman and i`m sure HBO didn`t give Bradly credit for anthing and only giving Bradley a round is shocking.I thought Pac won 7-5 but the way some people like fat Dan are bleating is way over the top.

I loved how Wayne at times had a different opinion, giving Tim rounds where Benny wasn't and it was stumping him.

I need to watch the fight again because I thought the fight was quite close.
I thought Bradley took the first and then it was all Pac Man until the championship rounds.
If you scored the first to Bradley and the last 4 also to Bradley then you got a pretty close fight. Some people marked Bradley as winning the 2nd too so that would make it 6 rounds each.
Fight reminded me a bit of de la hoya - trinidad.
