As much id like to pick Valentine with him being a notts boxer (and someone i have sparred a looong time ago) , i really think hes only got a punchers chance , yes he hits hard , but Aston is a descent prospect and should have too much boxing ability for Curtis .
But this is Boxing and we know shocks happen .

Aston is one of the best prospects we have in this country at the minute imo

I agree Saturday Kid, Ryan Aston is a really good prospect, he has sparred quite a few times with Nasser Al Harbi in Dudley and not only has he got the power and strength, but also he is technically sound with fast hands, from what I know of Curtis Valentine, he was knockiing them out in the kick boxing and continued through to boxing, good puncher, but can be outboxed, I think Ryan will be too big, too fast and too skilful for Curtis and should win easily on points, but if Curtis gets too ambitious then a stoppage win to Ryan Aston could happen, if Curtis gets careless.

Everything suggests that Aston should be too classy but there is always the intangible of Valentine's Power to take into account, and he only needs to land one.
