Michael Sprott vs. Edmund Gerber has been added to the July 14 Povetkin-Rahman card.

If Michael gets in shape and has his head in the right place then he could have this guy. I reckon Gerber's 0 is there for the taking.

Unfortunately since his Prizefighter win, he's been in journeyman mode - and if he comes in with a sparring mentality and 18stones + then he'll probably lose wide on points, or pack it in during the later rounds.

When Sprott can be bothered he's a good fighter, a serious opponent for most out there.

I think these days though he's a professional loser, and has been for a while.

Shame really.
