After attending the licence holders seminar last weekend we were all made aware of a very informative website run by UKAD that lists all over the counter medicines and what they contain and more importantly if they contain any prohibited substances. It even tells you what you can take "out of season/out of competition" as some drugs/compounds are permitted when your not in action. Check arrrrt da link below....
