Wild Will on fox ??

I notice that the Will Tomlinson card, including Tilyard v Edwards and Cronje v Pitt is not listed as being on FOX. This must be a mistake !! Seeing the other cards on the 13/7 and 10/8 which are listed for Friday night fights, surely this card on 31/8 will be on FNF. Anyone aware if Fox are intending to show it ??

It would be a disgrace if FOX show something else in preference to it.

I suspect it is a Fox show. Probably bit of delay with allocation for the balance of the year.

31/8. I wouldnt think the green card would stop Pete v Pitt, unless he gets ko'd or cut badly.

The fights are over a month apart, shouldn't be a problem.

Fox only telecast one card per month. Perhaps having two former IBF World champions against each other made them decide to broadcast the Ndou/StClair fight for August..

If we had a choice on what cards go on Fox that would be awesome, because that card reeks, not 1 good match up.

If Tomlinson's card isn't shown, Foxtel lose over 2000 grand a year from me.

Yep about 2k a year when you add up all the mainevents !!
I see this card has been pushed back a week. If Fox only cater for one card a month, this may help with a telecast.

Latest fox date out tender is September 7th which goes to the best card submitted which will likely be the wild Will card.

Actually thats my subscription! I haven't factored in PPV. I mean seriously, I've seen cards like this not get televised and if this doesn't, someone needs the sack!

Hey Guys,

Just to let you all know, both "Wild Will" and Brad Pitt, have been removed from the Sept 7 card in Melbourne, But for nothing other than logistical reasons, they will be re-matched approx a month later in October at the same venue, that way, they will not be competing with both codes of the Footy finals.

The October event by Barry and Brian will be a cracker.

Cheers

Hey, that's not what i heard guys, Now I stand to be corrected, but last i heard officially, he's simply moved back to Melbourne, preferring Melbourne (his home town) over Sydney.

I heard he's still training with Lincoln, but will train daily in Melb, and they will link, (no pun intended) and work together in the preceding weeks before a fight, but this may change, who knows.
