How do I cut weight for a weigh In

G'day guys

I ve got a fight comming up in four weeks. I'm at about 66ish at the moment and have to make 63kg for weigh in. I can easily get down to 63 if I keep my food intake low and keep training this hard. What I need to know is 3kgs to much to drop just before the weigh in ? Can I drop that much in water weight and how do I do it? Ive heard about taking all the salt from your diet two days before but I don't know what to eat that doesnt have any salt in it other than vegetables and I will need protein too?

To be honest, you'll get 3kgs off in 3weeks easily - you can probably just do it with a few changes to your diet, and failing that, you could just cut it in water the day before fairly easily. Diet will be your best route though...

Post up your average daily diet, including how much water your drinking, and i'd imagine with a few little tweaks/changes, that would be enough to get the 3kgs off you. Include everything - even the little cheats you're not meant to have, and all drinks :TU:

I've taken shits that weigh more!
