National Boxing Association 1922-24 Ill, & NY

[[Douglas Oliphant]], AKA Billie Collins. was boxing in Chicago and New York City from 1922 until ? I have a fight card for the "New Coliseum Athletic Club" on Washington Blvd, also his NBA US ID Card. I have a training card from "Seamon's Training Quarters" at 2148 Third Ave, New York City. I have been unable to find out anything on him. I also have picture's of him and Jack Greene together at Doug's house. Jack had sent a post card later and signed it. Apparently they met in NY although Jack appears to be from AZ. Doug was originally from Newfoundland Canada and came to NY to be a fighter. He returned to Nfld. in 1934 and started a boxing scene there. If I can, I'm going to start a page and post the photo's along with his cards. If anyone can shed some light on this guy, I would be grateful.
