allegedly channel subscription

I've spent the past hour trying to subscribe online - there is something wrong with the fking pay wizard system. Tried calling the channel directly to subscribe about 10 times, each time getting the message that all operators are busy and I should call back later!
Absolute shambles!

Every chance they will go free. Or face heavy refunds for those who dont receive activation from sky. Which can take up to 24hr under heavy strain.
Their system (or should i say BGt's system, the 3rd party) maxs out at 10,000 transactions an hour. They forecast 250-400,000 inbound customers from 5pm onwards. 65% of which procure after the encryption.
They wont convert 10% of it.
