This should remove any doubts that people may have about him being a genuine top level heavy. Clearly Wlad is the top of the tree

what? By beating Chisora? A guy that got a drubbing off tyson fury? A guy whos rep was made by hanging tough but losing convincingly to vitali? Whos best win was prob sam sexton?

I think it may take a bit more than that to convince our cousins across the pond. like maybe beating a ranked contender or 2.

Dont get me wrong i like haye, always have. but this fight proved very little.

Haye has always been a top level heavy. For my money he is the 2nd best in the division. Wlad is clearly number 1.

I agree with what you are saying as i was saying similar things before this and that it would be an easy win for Haye.

This performance just shows that he is a class above a lot of fighters in the division. People are quick to point out that Haye hasn't done anything at the weight, that he doesn't really pack a punch at the weight and is just a blown up cruiser. Every time he has fought a b level fighter, he has got rid of them quickly and easily.

No by knocking Chisora to the canvas twice and stopping him, something Vitali aka god of god, lord of lords to some of the joke artists on this forum, couldn't do. Something Rob Helenius couldn't come remotely close to doing, and bear in mind some have Helenius as a top 5 Heavyweight.

Haye fair play chisora did better than i thought he would not a bad fight all in all still only fury or price for Haye as payday bouts .Wont do much else Vitalli wont fight him out of spite and its no more than he deserves.

well i agree it was a good finish. but we all know haye can bang.the point his he only beat a decent domestic. (and that dels decent could even be debated really).

The Haye haters are having sour grapes tonight, every excuse will be used in the book

The Wlad farce really turned me against Haye, but you have to hand it to him here, he took out the iron chinned Chisora in brilliant style. Those finishing punches, landing 4 or 5 bombs, would have made Mike Tyson proud.

Still say with 10 good toes Haye's a handful for anyone

He should go and spark Helenious and force the VK fight, or a rematch with Wlad.

In light of that I'd say Haye put on a great show.
On the day, he pulled out the performance that Chisora couldn't.
Will Haye fight on if the VK fight doesn't come off?

Thing is the WBC have banned Haye haven't they?? Meaning Vitali has the perfect excuse not to be able to fight Haye.

Vitlali should fight him in a non-title fight if he has to.

If he is going to retire soon, why should he care about the WBC title?

You know I've got a lot of love for you, MW, so I'm going to think again. The Wlad experience really did my mixer in and not simply because of the performance but because of all the lies surrounding it. But this is high praise indeed.

Cracking fight. Haye absolutely nailed him. How Chisora took those punches throughout and still managed to get up after both knockdowns deserves respect as well. I think the klitschko's and their manager will run for the hills after that performance.

It was a good performance, but I can't see either Klitschko running for the hills. Why would they? Wlad was able to see off Haye easily enough before, and I very much doubt Vitali is suddenly going to become intimidated by seeing Chisora knocked out. Both brothers need credible opponents, this has put Haye back in the mix to face either of them, not scared them off.

great performance by Haye, but Chisora looked poor, throwing basic wild shots. One could argue that he was made to look bad by David.

People may say that Chisora never beat anyone decent but he was robbed against Helenius and gave a decent performance in the Klit fight.

I suspect that Dereck's camp went badly though, his timing looked dreadful
