A very low profile trainer but look at the job he has done with Andre Ward! Ward is a guy who hasnt lost since he was 12 or 13 and Hunter has been with him all that time. Ward also has the ability to fight on the inside aswell as the outside something Khan drastically needs to learn. Personally I think its a good shout.

You have good point there, he has trained Ward all through the Ams and the Pros, so he must be responsible for a lot of the defensive and inside work, Ward is renowned for, would be a good choice.

Yes agreed. On top of that he's not going to have Amir travel all round the world for training session and be fitted round Pac's schedule. Personally I think he would be a great trainer for Khan, it would help get rid of some of the bullshit and hype that surrounds Freddie Roach and his fighters.

Doesn't matter who Khan has he just needs to stick to someone. Dropped Harrison after Gomez, dropped Rubio after Prescott and dropping Roach now?

He needs to also start taking responsibility for what he does in the ring.

It's a good point. I don't think Hunter's the right fit as his whole focus is around Ward - even more than Roach's around Pacman. There's also no suggestion that Khan could get any better quality sparring in Oakland than he could if he came back to the UK.

I realise I'm going to get some people rolling their eyes now, but I think Booth is consistently under-rated and could do a good job with Khan.

He needs someone who helps him avoid left hooks. Gomez put him down with one, Prescott knocked him loopy then dropped him with one, Garcia couldn't miss with his...how this has managed to go on for so long is a bloody mystery.
