I just came across the pre fight press conferences and the head to heads *through a steel fence* for Haye against Chisora and I noticed how many security/ bodyguards Haye has around him! Anyone know who these guys are? I mean are they just from a standard security team? The reason I ask is I know James Thompson the MMA fighter works for Haye as a bodyguard so I just wondered if theres other guys from the combat sports world watching his back so to speak.

They are from 'MAN' security. They always work on Fr*nk W*rren's shows (and various other shows).

What even the guys Haye has protecting him personally? The reason I ask is the guys that I thought did security for FW tend to wear those sweatshirts and without trying to be rude they tend to be in a fair few cases fat older guys *excluding Domenic Negus who I know works for them* the guys around Haye seem to be more athletic looking so to speak big guys. You know more than me though mate to be fair.

There was a Few i know from training at my gym, and Yeah there are MMA fighter's, they were trying Boxing, for how Big they Are they aint the Best, at MMA it maybe a different story but Boxing . There's another that's always with him Called Bobby Rich. He was separating when they had the fight at the Press Con in Germany, just missed out thsi year on the olympics at Judo...

Wonder that myself! I think it might just be a status symbol type thing to say look at me, ive got all these big men protecting me kinda thing!

He needed them in Germany when he fought Wlad. Crowd could have mauled him otherwise, thanks to K2's sneaky underhand entrance plan.

Chances are Haye is probably pally with them too, kind of friends doubling up as security.
