Out of the Olympians turning over who do you think will make the biggest impact, I think Luke Campbell will be the one to watch has great foot work and shot selection. Think it might be a bit late for Stalker to really make the transtion i no he started out late but he will be 28-29 before hes ready to move on from domestic level

To be honest i think some would be better staying Amateur, there is quite a good living to be made with the right contract etc, get to travel the world and be part of a team.

I always say in the pro's your a couple of losses away from working in Tesco.

If Anthony Joshua wins gold his contract will be BIG !
I like Selby and Evans from wales, but the most interesting one from the whole world is Vasyl Lomenchenko ! If he wins gold that's 2 Olympic golds (plus a Val barker award) and 2 world golds, his only lost 1 fight in over 300 bouts and avenged that one in spectacular fashion, his arguably the greatest amateur ever, his contract will be massive, and I bet his fighting for a world title within 10 fights !

Joshua winning a medal can set himself up for life financially. Win gold and he can make some serious demands. Win gold in style and he can write his own cheques!

Not even Lomechenko can match Joshua's earning power if the big fella takes it. The heavyweight division has always been and will always be the flagship, glamour division. You only realise it when a star comes along.

Who will pay huge amounts??
there isn't the money around at the minute, and TV contracts are not in the pipeline for alot of the promoters.

If Joshua wins gold and looks good along the way I can see the BBC getting involved again !

Joshua doing it in style would mean tv channels wanting in on his pro career.

Never say never, but i can't see the BBC rushing back to boxing, and they are on a huge cutback in spending so there wouldn't be alot of money on offer anyway.
plus not many Olympians go on to be big earners for the promoters, Khan is the exception . Look at the 2008 team : Price, Jeffries, DeGale, Billy J Saunders, Bradley Saunders, Gavin, Murray, Yafai.
All decent boxers, but none have set the world on fire in the 4 years since the Olympics , and that with alot of investment in them.

We then end up with the Audley Harrison scenario, would you have Joshua headling from the first off as a pro. It just doesn't work. If not then he would be on the undercard, and then the headliner gets less then the undercard guy. Its a headache for any promoter. In this country there is only 2 i can see signing him, Warren and Hearns

No it doesn't work but it wouldn't stop the tv bigwigs from wanting to get involved.

If he wins in style he will cause twice as much fuss as Audley did because he is younger, seems far more aggressive and it's a home Olympic games too. He hasn't been boxing long, would be a good story.

All ifs and buts obviously but I would love to see him crush the opposition on his way to gold.

Matchroom have a strong stable and are well in with sky. Would be a good option for the lad. Brook is looking at big fights and Froch coud still be going strong. Get on the undercards of their big nights.

Too right. A few other Ukrainian's also have very promising careers if they turn over (Uysk and Khytrov being a stand out), I'd love to see Murata turn professional and the little Korean (think he's a Flyweight, forgot his name though)

I think they would all struggle to get the big deals previously available. Too many promoters have had their fingers burnt now

What's the deal with this Ogoggo guy? Is he any good? Seems a desperate self publicist, like he'd rather be a celebrity than a boxer. Already he's put himself in the Big Brother house, been flexing his muscles for some weight gain formula, and now he's the freaking face of Subway! Is this guy for real? What the devil is he playing at?

Gonzales, jones jr and jirov have won it in the past. Im not doubting he's superb, but best ever?

Curry was 400-4
Breland 100-1

And the only brit to win the VB, dick mctaggart, was something like 650-15

As a side youll be unsurprised to know old dick is scottish. No way would you not be with a name like that

All day long isnt it. Tiny up front and adopt "the wimbledon tactics" - a fornicating long ball straight up to the big man
