Should be good and well worth going. I've been to Boxercise classes of his before. He's a great bloke and teacher.
Plus he's Herol fornicating Graham.

Not really, we do all kinds.

It's 3 hours and not sure on price. I'll check.

do keep us posted mate, would be well interested. out of interest, whats the standard like down there. ive messed about a bit at minatour in totton. is there much sparring or is it more padwork type of classes.

I started Muay Thai down there a few years back, but had to stop after injury (carpal canal).

It's the best in the county IMO. Sean trained Alan Keddles, who's regarded as at least one of the best trainers in the country now. He's been doing it for 25 years. Worth a go.

In fact Trevor that runs Minotaur used ot train under Sean before going out on his own.
