Richie Woodhall has done a superb job with the Amateurs in my view. Think back to the years when we were lucky to be getting 1 boxer to the Olympics.

Seen a few of the draws come through on Twitter, can someone tell me when the men's boxing comp starts ? Internet is crap here and I can't find a schedule

Starts tomorrow, Finishes on the last day ! Normally one or two days off but what with the women too this year it might be on all 15 days !
If I had to choose 3 gold medal winners i will go for big Anthony Joshua, vasyl lomenchenko, and Katy Taylor !

The decision was fair.

It's easy to complain when a British boxer loses a close fight in their opponent's backyard.

ha, yeah, at the very least i would expect the crowd to bring out an extra % in our lads' performances

I'm gona stick with 1 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze medals for the guys and 2 medals for the girls would be great !

It was very close so you can't really argue with it going by one point either way. If it had been scored by rounds Joshua might have edge it 2 rounds to 1. I thought he looked hurt in the 2nd tho.
