Fred Evans and Josh Taylor boxed today for GB - Nolan boxed for Ireland.

All 3 went through fairly comfortably. It was lightweight and welterweight today.

Follow John Dennen on twitter - he posts who is boxing for GB each day and gives approx ring times.

I've had a touch of luck with my session. I've got a British fighter (Ogogo), Irish fighter (O'Neill), the Cuban Toledo Lopez and the Ukranians Lomachenko and Kytrov.

Who is on today?

Does the BBC not provide a definitive schedule? So far I have managed to miss all the boxing and we have BBC1 and BBC3 on at work all day!

Interesting - I see Mike 'the Bounty' Hunter's heavyweight son is in action today - has anybody seen him? I've heard good things about Hunter Jnr over the last few years.

Oh for a Bounty Hunter, sans the drug habit, in today's division. That man was entertaining!

Have to say he was a disappointment today, lost on a countback after drawing 10-10. The fight was there to be won, but he spent to long holding on the inside , the ref should of done a better job but let both boxers maul away.

I didn't realise that Mike 'the bounty' Hunter was dead, another boxer lost to drugs

Is Joshua going to have a weight advantage over this Cuban later? I see Savon is a couple of inches shorter, but seems to throw a variety of nice fast shots.

:o I've seen some bad officiating in my time, but that takes the entire biscuit. Got to feel for the Jananese lad.

Is the consensus that Joshua is facing the 4th best guy in the competition, but Savon is a bit frail in the chin area?

F**king mental scenes now. The Iranian has just been disqualified for holding against the Cuban, which was bulls**t. Then he refuses to go to the centre of the ring. When he finally takes his gloves and headgear off he throws them on the floor and walks out. Did the right thing as well. The man has just had his Olympic dream ruined by a complete c**t.
