Most outrageous act in the ring?

What is the most outrageous act you've ever seen occur in a boxing match?... besides biting a boxer's ear off. I witnessed one boxer kiss another in the middle of a fight in Louisville's Commonwealth Convention Center. The audience roared with laughter. Baker "The Bear" Tinsley cornered his opponent and then suddenly leaned in and kissed him. Baker later worked as a bouncer at a strip bar on Seventh St. in Louisville. The Bear was not Bud Bruner's best boxer.

Oliver McCall's emotional breakdown was pretty damn outrageous. Elijah Tillery and Riddick Bowe's after the bell brawl was pretty crazy.

I vote for Fan Man too.
May he RIP.
Also, I think Ali-Liston II should be nominated.
Sonny did his thing, Ali ran around the ring acting the idiot, JJW loses control, Nat Fleischer gets involved, Sonny gets up to one knee then hilariously collapses once he realizes he has not been counted out, the mass confusion, crowd shouting "fix", what a mess.

Was going to submit that one. James Butler KO 10+1 Richard Grant.

Ortiz with the leaping headbutt, attempted make out and then dropping his hands for the KO against Floyd.
It doesn't rank at the top, but the bunny hop stiff arm that Rahman opened the Lewis rematch with was one of the oddest things I've ever seen.

Gotta go with a small card show here in Chicago. A good friend who I trained with was a journeyman light heavy. I think it was Julius Noble he was fighting. Noble hits him and he goes down and busts his leg. Its hideous, pointing three directions. Anyway, the ref walks over, looks down at him and says " I'm sorry son,I think I'm gonna have to stop the fight". The fighter looks up at him gee really?I'm just gettin warmed up, darn.

Not the most outrageous but in the UK in 1989 Steve McCarthy was battering Tony Wilson and Wilsons mum climbed into the ring, took her shoe off and starting hitting McCarthy on the head. He left the ring due to a cut and refused to continue fighting and lost the fight by TKO as the ref said he had retired

Cintron jumping out of the ring against PW was grotesque.
Judah throwing a stool at the ref after his famous chicken dance.

Kind of hard to describe.
It was very strange.
Outrageous? Watching Mike Tyson try to break Frans Botha's arm was pretty outrageous.
So was the brawl during Mayweather-Judah.
I think you're thinking of Joseph Benjamin. Entertaining fighter and real nice guy. Athletic but his complete unorthodox style leaves him wide open for well-schooled boxers.

Most outrageous? Go over to youtube and check Juan Martin Coggi's first fight with Eder Gonzalez...I have never seen anything more outrageous...and there has been a lot of wild nonsense over the years, from Peter Mueller knocking out a referee in the 1950s to James Butler's cowardice after lsing to Richard Grant, but the shit in the Coggi-Gonzalez bout just left me stunned! I'm pretty sure that the referee was banned for life after the fight!

What made that extraordinary was that it was in front of a croud of police, firefighters and ambulance crew who had been involved in the after=math of 9/11, Butler was arrested immediately for assault, had his licence revoked and did some serious time for it. the aftermath of it all was pretty sad.

We had a local fight on TV in NZ former kickboxer was losing the fight in 3rd or 4th round. So he started kneeing the other guy and trys to kick him,ref jumps in pulls him off and then ref gets pushed/shoved out the way n he goes at it again till the corners break it up..... Unreal dispicable local fight.

Actually it was Golota who did the biting. That is how he got one of his nicknames ("Polish Vampire").

Not as sad as Butler than beating and burning to death one of the few people who offered him support after his disgrace against Grant......Max Kellermans brother.

That Pahua-Golota fight was great! Golota took some of the biggest punches that I have ever seen any fighter take! Go back and look at the punishing uppercuts that Pahua landed just prior to when Golota bit him...they were equal to the bombs that Razor Ruddock landed on Greg Page! Pahau was by no means a top heavyweight, but he sure as hell punched like a top heavyweight and he nearly took Golota's head off...they were way harder shots than anything he ever took, or didn't take, after!
Butler was, is and always will be a scum-bag! He and Rubin Carter would probably get along great!

Golota would have a chance of winning an award for the most outrageous acts. He also headbutted Darnell Nicholson for no reason and had some other strange acts.
One that for whatever reason seems to be forgotton is Naseem Hamed body slamming Cesar Soto and somehow not getting disqualified.
