Hi everyone I have moved to the ingles gym! The gym is great quality sparring an hard graft, training along side of these inspires me so would like to thank Clinton for his help and put the past behind me and do this job full time I have been training early mornings then again at night will be back October time!

Great move for you Liam - it seems a natural fit, first-class trainers and some top sparring with Brook, Witter, Galahad, Etches, Towers and Howe. Just don't give that O'Maison kid any free shots to the body!
