Cant see how Smith-Murray can happen? Anwar-Miles is a good fight and i really rate Adil, but seeing Miles live he can really whack. I think he would chin anyone if he lands. Good, competitive fight.

Can't see this happening... but will show how good Saunders really is/it's a world level fight. Not much to gain for Murray, a man who nearly fought Chavez

GEORGE GROVES (Holder) v KENNETH ANDERSON

Following the opening of purse bids on Wednesday, 8th August 2012, the winning bid was submitted by Promoter allegedly. The above contest will take place on a date and at a venue as yet to be advised.

Again, after the fight falling through twice. From what I can gather - the original big was approx £90k or something, the fight is cancelled by them, a new bid is submitted by them for less, they cancel again, and now they've being allowed to bid once more- by which time the Abraham- Stielglitz fight would have taken place and Groves will bump Kenny again- mark my words.

So the BBBC entertain a promoter who puts on unaffiliated shows on British soil and allow him to bid on a fight that he has already cancelled 3 times. No wonder Warren is prepared to do things like put on luxembourg boxing events when there is literally no punishment for doing so. I like rob Smith and i'm not blaming him but that situations a joke.

He should not been allowed to bid for the fight. It wont happen again. Kenny better off moving on than waiting for fight not to happen.

Didn't Hearn say in a recent interview somewhere that, thats exactly what they would be doing - ie moving on, as they knew full well Groves eye injury wouldn't allow him to fight as soon as this was scheduled for. Having said that did I officially miss the bit when Kenny became a member of the matchroom team? Or is it on a fight by fight basis?

not a massive fw fan but he has every right to bid on fight like any other promotor. the fact is the date was set for sept for groves anderson and groves got cut in his last outing 2 weeks ago and it looked bad it happens. as the other fights, who wudnt pull out for a world title shot and the injury in first instance (the board wud hav a medical record of that injury and if not he wud of been stripped of his title without a justifed report.) i cant see wat fw is doing wrong here.
