Yes khans mouth does engage before his brain sometimes ! When Amir says he will promote it's just his name remember, he couldn't arrange a piss up in a brewery.

Which other promotional outfit would you prefer Nicola to sign with? FW? Eddie? Ricky?

I would urge her to stay 'amateur' and aim to be a double Olympian. If nothing else, I'd urge her to run a mile from khan

I thought khan said that he didn't agree with women's boxing? I am also not sure there is a real appetite for women's pro boxing in the UK

I'd imagine she'd make more money as an amateur.
Womens boxing looked to be getting quite popular about 10 years ago with laila ali and a few others but i can't remember the last time i saw a pro womens fight on tv.

Im sure she has got to be on a good financial number in the ams, the only place to make money in women's boxing is in the States, but then Khan has good contacts over there!

I think Nicola Adams should turn pro immediately with Amir Khan as her promoter. That sounds a very, very good idea.

If she gets tied up with Khan she could end up in a tortuous situation with him and maybe even one of her mates.

If the girl has any sense she will avoid the PR Khan train wreck like the plague!!!

If this is true more nonsense from Khan and more proof it is money that motivates him rather than true ring accomplishments. He's a B level fighter who for too long has acted as if he is the very cream of the A List. Now he wants to be the UK's version of Oscar De La Hoya. Well Oscar had a great career was an A Lister for many many years before he eventually around 30 started to lay the seeds of promoting for the future. By that time he had already bought a 20 storey HeadQuarters building for his Golden Boy project. With Khan its all hot air if this is true.........it may well be he has been misquoted....

Well she's staying amateur now and aiming for double olympic Gold. Good choice.
