Sauna suits???

Anyone recommend these for doin cardio in lookin to try and really shift the last of my body fat from
The abs area, finding it hard to shift it

Not for fat mate. Youll lose wter weight. It'll cramp u the fornicate up if ur not careful.

good to lose the last bit before weigh ins but otherwise no need
