SUGGESTION BOX for commish week 17
Posted: 17 Aug 2012, 10:44
I will take note of suggestion.
Please know, I may choose to ignore even the most well intentioned suggestions.
However if your suggestion is found to be OUTSTANDING....odds are I was going to run that match anyway....so you will be able to gauge your own brilliance by what transpires during event 17.
Some of you will be rewarded for your many financial contributions to the Commish slush fund, Zellenoff is standing in the wings....
some will be punished for your insolence, and disrespectful swipes at this and any and all past commisioners. George Foreman, Joe Calzaghe, Evander Holyfield and many others stand ready to exact a price for past bad behaviors.
Other managers will simply have their fighters tested with some of the best of the best past challengers and champions who have not had opportunities to show their skills over the course of this season.
Feel free to have your say, event 17 will be run sometime very early next week. Possibly Sunday. Possibly concurrent with event 16.
I will observe the following guidelines in event 17:
1. No stablemates will be pitted against one another.
2. No belts will be on the line. But Lonsdale pride would change hands if the current holder of that honor is defeated.
3. The decisions of the commish will probably not be influenced in any way other than, cash, checks, valuable gifts, real estate, reasonable logical persuasive arguments, and/or petty whining.
* If a GBP fighter should win the Lonsdale prize, GBP will relinquish management oversight over that fighter. A lottery will be held open to any interested party, and the winner of said lottery would then inherit oversight over that fighter.
