Silly fight. Nothing to gain for whyte here... Holden a top domestic fighter in his day has no form.

Well to me its no different that some east european heavy coing to fall down, at least Holden will have pride and try. Is he still a police man?

There are plenty of English heavyweights he could fight, Towers, Mcdermott, Dallas, Sexton, Little.

All these guys would be a good step up/test for him. I suspect Mcdermott and Dallas would accept this fight as well. Given Maloney is their promoter this is who he should be going after. For me, the jury is still out on how good he is.........

Not sure fighting one of Big John or Sexton would suit Whyte right now. A loss wouldn't do him much good!

Ok so where is the next step for him, who would you have him fight? Mcdermott is the next step from beating up journey men who get paid to lose. A loss is not the end of the world and if he thinks he is as good as he belives then this shouldn't be a hard fight.....

McDermott would be a very hard fight for him at the moment. He fights like a kickboxer and needs experience. If his chin is not great, Big John could stop him. He will hit him hard and often.

I read last night that supposedly he is fighting Mcdermott in December? Hope this is true........Yes I agree this would be a hard fight for him against Big John.

It has been very difficult to match Dillian. Tom Dallas is having time out. I would need a mortgage to pay Tom Little demands. Etc etc.

When you post on here I understand it is difficult not knowing what goes on behind the scenes but if you look at the amount of 50/50 60/40 matches we have made on this show I feel we have done a good job for the boxing fans.

why did lewison pull out ?

Holden looked really poor in his last outing, which was meant to be a warmup for Prizefighter. That seemed to go out the window after that fight, so I think really he should be knocking it on the head, doesn't seem to have much left.
