Belgian. The man is a walking caricature. I lost a few quid on Reid as I thought that sod Ottke was about to drop off his perch. He did, but partly because of the utter incompetence of Tilleman I lost my money.
I've just got to let it go, but hearing of his demise soothes the memory somewhat...

Utter incompetance is not the correct term...
Utter corruption is far better. Roger Tillerman also was involved in a scandal in 1999, when he was a judge (with no experience as a professional whatsoever), in a fight between lansana Diallo and Sergey Tatevosyan.
Tatevosyan was blatantly robbed, and Tillerman gave the decision to the IBF fighter.
Guess who appointed Tillerman? That's right, the same guy who appointed him for the Robin Reid, Benedetto Montello, the sleazebag IBF official who was seen having dinner with Sauerland prior to the Reid fight, and who was bought a holiday for himself and his family by Sauerland on a previous occasion?
Sound dodgy to you?

More than dodgy, mate. Like you said, smacks of utter corruption.
