What's with the wheatgrass then?

It's the equivalent of about 1kg of veg. I struggle to eat veg so makes me happy.

Might try this myself as I struggle with Veg. It really pisses me off when I'm having a big bite of my kebab and a dollop of chili plastered tomatoe and lettuce falls out and onto my new white Italian loafers.

I buy it from a juice bar ('cos I'm new age and all that). One tiny shot of it is all you need.

Wheatgrass sucks. I had it before class tonight and got hana goshied [sp??] to fornicate and hurt my shoulder. Having kebab with no rabbit food on now. Shoes are safe.

I did Wheatgrass regularly for 2 months a few years ago, and I'd only do it again if it was a choice between that and some painful form of cancer. Stuff is absolutely vile, tastes like freshly mowed grass turned into a drink and then mixed with sugar. Didn't do a thing for me.
